The day mine arrived I went shopping. And promptly lost it. It had fallen out unnoticed till I went to return my trolley. I had added a tassel for easier finding in my handbag. I asked at the front desk, searched the whole shop, no luck. A week later I went back, asked again just in case and was happy when told they had it, only to find it was different, so some other por soul had the same problem. When my second one arrived, the same thing happened, but this time I caught it as I stepped back from the trolley bay as I was on the lookout for this happening. Both times I used it in the top $2 coin slot i.e. the smaller one. Both times they fell out without being bumped or touched. I am now making sure once the trolley pulls back I put the tag in my handbag. Seems like you either need to make them bigger or add a warning in your packaging. If I lose this one, that's it, I'll go back to having a difficult-to-remove coin in preference.
